Revuno (“Revuno”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is provided by Sly Teknoloji. We respect your privacy.

1. Privacy-First Approach

Revuno is designed with a privacy-first approach.

• No account is required
• No login is required
• We do not access bank accounts
• We do not access payment cards
• We do not sell personal data

Most user data remains stored locally on the user’s device.

2. Information We May Collect

Depending on the features used, Revuno may process limited technical information such as:

• anonymous crash reports
• app diagnostics
• device information
• purchase validation status
• notification permission status

We do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information such as:

• names
• email addresses
• phone numbers
• payment card information
• banking credentials

3. Subscription Data

Information entered into Revuno, such as:

• subscription names
• renewal dates
• prices
• reminder preferences

is generally stored locally on the device.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on the following legal bases for the limited processing described above:

• Legitimate interests — to keep the app stable, secure, and functioning (for example, anonymous crash reports and diagnostics)
• Consent — for optional analytics and for sending notifications; you can withdraw your consent at any time through your device settings
• Performance of a contract — to validate purchases you make

Where such laws do not apply, we process this limited information on equivalent grounds permitted under applicable local law.

5. Purchases

Purchases are processed securely by Apple App Store or Google Play.

Revuno does not receive or store your payment card details.

6. Notifications

Revuno may request notification permissions in order to send reminder notifications about subscriptions and upcoming renewals.

Users can disable notifications at any time through device settings.

7. Data Retention

Because Revuno primarily stores data locally:

• deleting the app may permanently delete user data
• uninstalling the app may remove locally stored information
• users are responsible for maintaining their own backups

Any limited technical information processed through the third-party services listed below is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described, in accordance with those providers’ own retention practices.

8. Third-Party Services

Revuno may use third-party services such as:

• Firebase Crashlytics
• Firebase Analytics
• Apple App Store
• Google Play Billing

These services may collect limited technical information according to their own privacy policies.

9. International Data Transfers

Some third-party services (such as Firebase / Google and Apple) may process limited technical information on servers located outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area.

Where required by applicable law, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or a relevant adequacy decision.

10. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you
• request rectification or erasure
• restrict or object to processing
• request data portability
• withdraw consent at any time

Because most data is stored only on your device and Revuno operates without accounts, we usually cannot identify you from app data alone, and some requests may therefore not apply.

11. Children’s Privacy

Revuno is not intended for children under 16, or the higher age required by applicable local laws. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
